Privacy Policy and Cookies

HEMAV informs that all personal data obtained from the purchase form will be included in the company’s existing archives. Their aim is the development of the contracted services. This data will be processed and protected in accordance with current legislation, according to organic law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the protection of personal data. The data subject may exercise the right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose before this company by sending an email to info@hemav.com. This budget is related to the safety and legality of the locations and the takes to be carried out. This issue will be clarified in the pre-production meeting.

Information to the user of the existence of a data file and application of consent for the automated processing of the data.- In relation to the personal data provided by the data subject in the forms enabled at the website www.hemav.com, we inform that we strictly comply with the current legislation on personal data protection and that the data provided, as the case may be, will be included in a file under the responsibility of HEMAV Technology S.L. (hereinafter, Hemav) and processed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and in the forms on the website. The data subjects give their consent for such processing by accepting this privacy policy or by requesting information through any of the means provided on the website..

Use of the data

Hemav collects certain personal data which has been voluntarily entered by the users in the different forms (“Contact us”, “Book your service”, “Newsletter”, “Join our team” and “Comments”) existing on the website www.hemav.com.

The data are used for the following purposes:

– Handling the information requests made through the contact form provided on the website (“Contact us”).

– Handling the service booking requests made through the website (“Book your service”).

– Sending, by electronic means, the Newsletter to those users having expressed their wish to receive this type of information through the Newsletter forms provided on the website.

– Handling the candidacies submitted through the form “Join our team” provided on the website.

– Handling the comments published/shared by the website users. Mandatory entry of the data: All fields require a mandatory answer, unless otherwise specified in the same form. If the mandatory fields are not filled in, it will not be possible to handle the booking request, publish the comment, reply to the contact request, send the Newsletter or consider the candidacy received, depending on the form used.

Rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition: The data subject may exercise at any time their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, and withdraw the consent given in each case for the data processing and/or assignment, by making a request by post to HEMAV Technology S.L. at the following address: Plaza Carlos Trías Bertrán 4, 28020 Madrid; or by email to web@hemav.com. In all cases, the request must be accompanied by a copy of the official document establishing the identity of the subject data.

The data controller.- The data controller is HEMAV S.L. with registered office in Plaza Carlos Trías Bertrán 4, 28020 Madrid. Hemav has duly registered its files at the Spanish Data Protection Agency, where they can be consulted at www.agpd.es

Data assignment

The data provided by the data subjects will not be assigned to third parties, unless Hemav is expressly authorised to do so, and they are only transmitted for the purpose of managing the services requested by the users. The transmission of data is linked to the purpose for which they have been entered and they are therefore linked to the voluntary and lawful acceptance of the legal relationship between the data subject and Hemav, the development, fulfilment and control of which necessarily entail the data connection and transmission. By accepting this privacy policy, the data subjects declare that they have been informed and they consent, without reservation, to the transmission of their data under the terms of this clause. The data subjects may revoke their consent as indicated in the policy.

When users publish or share a comment, they are expressly authorising the publication of their identity on the website, and therefore, its communication to the other users accessing the site  hemav.com.

The users must refrain from using other people’s personal data, unless expressly authorised by them to do so. Hemav may contact the users at any time to ask them to attest to the existence and content of the above-mentioned authorisations.

Safety.- Hemav ensures absolute personal data confidentiality and privacy, by adopting, to this effect, all technical, organisational and safety measures necessary to prevent the alteration, loss, non-authorised processing or access of the data, thus ensuring data protection. Hemav will not be held responsible for the incidents that may arise in relation to the personal data resulting from an attack or unauthorised access to the systems in such a manner that it is impossible to detect by the safety measures in place.

Cookies

Hemav only uses cookies to carry out data exchange through electronic communication networks, or when strictly necessary for the provision of a function, which   forms part of a service of the information society, expressly requested by the user. If the cookies were not used for any of the above stated purposes, Hemav will request the informed consent of the user to use such data storage and retrieval devices in the equipment (e.g. via a pop-up window or by asking the user to set the browser or other applications, during its installation or update). The cookies used do not contain personal information identifying the user. In any event, users may set the browser to prevent cookies from installing in their computer or to receive an on-screen warning every time a cookie requests to be installed, having at all times the freedom to accept it or not.

Data veracity

The users are responsible for the veracity of the data provided and they undertake not to enter false data and to proceed to the modification thereof if necessary.
